PokerDome Poker Room to Debut in Macau on November 20th

PokerDome Group from Australia publicly announced that they have reached a final agreement with the management and officials of the Diamond Casino in the Holiday Inn to feature the first ever poker cash room in the former colony of Macau, the first facility to offer money games in China.

The target opening of the poker card room is on November 20th, 2007. It will have 8 poker tables, which will increase to twenty five-thirty tables when another gaming floor of the casino is remodeled and will feature different games like no-limit poker, pot limit poker, seven card stud poker, seven-card stud hi-lo, Omaha, Omaha Hi-lo and other different games.

PokerDome Organization chief executive officer Chris Levick commented that he was happy with this ongoing development that will change the landscape of the poker industry. Levick said that the plan will not be possible without the help of Jeff Lisandro, a 2007 WSOP bracelet winner.

Levick said that they could not have done it without the support of Jeff Lisandro because he has greatly helped in getting the right people to support them on their endeavors in Macau. He added that Lisandro is a stockholder with the PokerDome Organization and they expect that he will be a lot of times abroad annually to check operations and to promote the poker room.

The announcement by PokerDome comes after the first national poker event in China when the World Poker Tour China National Traktor Poker Tour crowned their first ever champions in Lanzhou, Gansu.
